We now have a dishwasher for the camping guests. This dishwasher, which can do your dishes in 7 minutes, saves water and valuable holiday time ;-)
Price per wash 1.00 euros (euro coin or token available at the reception).
You can see here a collage of the work we have already done this winter, that;s to say the demolition of the old wooden house and the carport at the entrance to the campsite. This makes the parking more spacious, and we can use the basement of the old house for underground waste collection and recycling

Restaurant with new furniture
The Minister of Tourism Lex Delles awarded the official classification badge to Camping Auf Kengert (4 stars) on 13 July 2019. The campsite is the first of its kind in Luxembourg to receive the new official classification. The Luxembourg campsites are assessed on the basis of a catalog of criteria and an on-site inspection. They are divided into different categories, ranging from one to five stars.
The tourism minister explained that the aim was to provide more transparency for available sites and to provide reliable information to customers.

The outdoor playground has been given a makeover with a few new playground equipment. Also a few new play items have been added between the campsite's pitches

the defibrillator has arrived, you can also call 112 with it in case of an emergency.
We now have the "Ecobox" to borrow against a deposit (5.00 euros), which you can use for e.g. fries or take away. When returning the rinsed and undamaged Ecobox you will receive the deposit back. https://ecobox.lu

The liner of our swimming pool was replaced this winter, in 1989, we have built our pool, and now it gets a new look.
