All booking are made subject to the following conditions : 

1. The person making the booking shall pay 'Auf Kengert' a required deposit of 260 euro on a bankaccount (you will receive the number with the confirmation). This deposit is the camp-site's assurance of your serious intent. 245 euro is the deposit, which will be deducted from your final bill,  15 euro is reservation fee. (If the total bill is less than 245, the deposit is amended to match).
2. Your reservation is confirmed as soon as your deposit has arrived. The deposit will not be refunded in the event that you decide to cancel your booking.  Read more about the cancellation insurance here under.  The final bill is to be paid at the camp-site at the begin of your stay.
3. Your place will be kept on the day of arrival until 4 p.m. If you are delayed and will arrive later, please advise per telephone.
4. You always have to pay the nights you booked, even if you decide to leave earlier or if you arrive later.
5. If you want to stay longer, please advise reception as soon as possible.
6. On the campsite, you are bound by the regulations of 'Auf Kengert'. Parents are reminded that they are responsible for their children at all times.

You can order a cancellation insurance during the booking process, which we highly recommend. This is not travel insurance for your personal belongings, but an insurance that covers your accommodation costs in a whole series of cases, such as illness, some changes in work and home, pregnancy, deaths in the immediate family and so on.

The premium is 5.5% of the amount of your stay, plus policy costs of EUR 3.50 and over these two an insurance tax of 21%.
