equipped for maximum 2 adults and 2 children; everything is available, except bed linnen, you'll have to bring your own (for 1 persons duvets; 2 one-person beds and a 2-persons convertible sofa). There is cold and hot water, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen with ceramic stove, microwave, heating, colour tv.

Service fee represent usage of water / sewage / energy / garbage-disposal. 

If you have visitors during the day, they'll have to pay the visitor's rate, that is 3,00 euro per adult or adolescent and 2,00 euro per child under 12, per day.
